We offer services in the area of multi axis CNC turning and milling of components. For our customers we provide machining of castings and material from steel, aluminium, stainless, plastics and non ferrous metals. The whole production process is subject to guided production controls to ensure the highest quality standard.

We have lathe machines for turning flange and shaft types and parts machined from rod material. On our lathe machines we are able to machine pieces with maximum turning diameter of 500mm and maximum length 1500mm.

cnc milling
Milling is done on vertical, horizontal and 5 axis machining centres. Vertical machining centres are equipped with clamping table with the dimensions of up to 1000x600x660 mm. Horizontal centre travel is X/Y/Z: 610/560/560 mm and pallet size: 400x400 mm.

5 axis machining centre has maximum travel of X/Y/Z/A/C/: 800/700/600 mm/360° with table diametre of 630 mm and 40 pcs tool magazine.

Required dimensions are controlled using 3D measuring devices, quality controls throughout production process and individual measuring on work station. On customer´s demand we can also provide individual inspections including dimension protocols.
